Because Jinder is an actual heel, doing heel things, and has been very convincing on the mic while having a believable ascent in just a little over a month.

Reigns has been booked terribly as this "John Cena face" they want him to be. Reigns is more Goldberg/Batista/Diesel than Rock/Cena. It's been three years and they haven't figured that out yet. Combine that with shytty writing for the majority of his promos and spamming a very weak finisher, is why you have Jinder > Reigns.

Short answer: :jinder: is simply the better character and is playing his role well.

It's not Roman Reigns fault, he's pretty damn good in the ring, but he's been stale. Creative has nothing for him but to continue on with this
