The Clips went as far as Blake Griffin took them. Blake made great strides but he wasn’t your go to guy at all. If the game was three quarters in his prime BG was 2nd only to LBJ maybe

They all didn't like each other, were too soft, and Doc the great GM at the time inherited our big three but never put anything around them whatsoever.

The Clippers had a variation of scoring, rebounding & toughness. The Clippers were in prime position to make it to the WCF or even The Finals TWICE. The big dogs fukked up...no one else

Injuries doggie. The Clips catch a bad wrap for being some combination of soft/dysfunctional/incompetent but those later years (2014-2017) they caught the worst injury bug ive seen a contending team get.

Austin wasn't on this team back then but this 2012 bench you posted was nice as hell but they were only together for one year and this was when Vinny Del Negro was still the head coach(very underrated imo). We brought in Doc Rivers the following year and never had this type of bench ever again while he was the GM and coach. Yeah our Big 3 were either hurt or at times shook in the post season but still I stand by what I said that Doc never put anything around them when he became the GM. He couldn't draft for shyt, acquire free agents for shyt, develop youngsters outside of Junior, and he couldn't make a trade to save his life.

Naw that's cool, because that's just what people called him in the strizzeets - he always made you say his whole chit.

Shout out to Zachary Ty Bryan, Taran Noah Smith, and Haley Joel Osment.

The names I mentioned have been in and out of the picture since 2010. My beef with what you’re saying is everything that was placed to surround the 3 most prominent players was good enough to put them in position to take the next step. It was Cp3 & BG Who fukked up both their best chances

Injuries and Doc Rivers personnel moves are the main reason they never made the WCF

Collapsing against the Rockets was inexcusable though

Also they almost went up 3-2 vs
OKC and CP3 had one of the worst moments I've ever seen an NBA star have....... shyt was unbelievable

I did say our Big 3 were either shook or injured which was the truth and that bench you typed out was 80% the 2012. Plus DJ was really should not have been labled a 'big 3 type player". Very athletic and could finish but you could never draw a play up for him. He had no post moves or footwork plus hack-a-DJ killed us in alot of big games. We choked in the OKC (cp3) and Houston series and yeah I thought the great CP3 would bring us home up 19 headed into the 4th quarter . But even that team was gassed to death cause we only played like 7-8 guys that entire series cause of the lack of a bench. You can say it was a combo of both but we never had a starting caliber SF nor any solid wings on the team outside of Matt Barnes and when Caron got washed and left the team. Trust me I put a lot on CP3 and Blake's shaky/soft play but lot of it was Doc and his shytty team building.
