It is confirmed in the actor's contract what exactly can be shown. Down to which left or right breast or butt cheek and for how many seconds at a time.
Rosario Dawson spilled the beans on this when discussing her glorious full frontal nude scene in Trance when she was on Questlove's podcast..
JLo lied about the scene being added in the middle because in the clip posted earlier in the thread she says that Woody approached her about the nude scene of the first day of the shoot.
I have no concrete evidence of this but I suspect that when actresses of color make a come up and subsequently start wenching, they are pressured to say unflattering things about Black men they've known early in their career.
Usually, they come out years later and accuse breh of some kind of sexual impropriety by name but never make a peep about a cac actors.
