Job didn't require background check but they googled me anyways

What's up with that? I mean people google,facebook others for dates,jobs etc but it was never asked and so I never disclosed.

Could tell how they were looking at me different. Seems as if they were really weighing on my pay since I negotiated from the beginning higher than what was offered. Now I feel like them discovering this weakens any leverage that I had.
Why be called into the office to talk about my background. Now I feel like I can get fired for any little reason to cover up that they don't like that. Well goddamn brehs... its been my second actual day at work and already this shyt. The fukk they googling me for digging into my past. When they already hired me.

Yup. Even with my Ex I was ducking photosNow, its very important to me that I control my image, caus eim not getting wrapped up in fukkery that I can't get rid of like that.

People out here sharing EVERYTHING. My employers/dates wanna know something? Better ask. And they still might not get straight answers. I will never have private social media accounts.

I even resisted Linkedin and thats probably the most beneficial one to join, but I gotta stick to my guns.
