Just know your employer can't do a background check without your approval. Even if they do find a news article regarding your arrest it still isn't official record of your conviction/sentencing. Now in your contract, do you remember signing off on that particular clause where they reserve the right to check your background at any given time while employed at this job?

to the thread starter, you said this has been happening to you for a while. this is your sixth job in a year? the best thing u can do is to try legally changing your name. i say this because, u goto eat. and thats the best way so far for u to give urself some time to earn some money before they find out about u (if they were to dig deeper in ur past through your ssn).

I kno there's companies out that will flood google with a bunch of fake accounts in your name across every social media platform to "bury" your search results. Some college kid was making a killin supposedly doing this with the help of programs and other people, the fakkit was talking like he was doing some Bourne Identity type shyt so I lost interest

Thats the first thing that came to mind when I renewed my passport. My photo was perfectly fine but due to the shading they rejected my first photo. Probably because the computer had difficulty capturing my facial features.
