True, in some way I think employers would look at you sideways if you don't have a social media platform like a Facebook for example. And like you said they prioritize that before any criminal record which is handle by the background check. All you have to do is control your image and set your own narrative on some James saint Patrick steez.

If u are arrested below the mason/dixon line there's nothing u can do because the laws in the south state that after ur arrested it becomes public info. Even if u pay these companies to take it down (mugshots.com) they will put it back up once u stop payment. It's a racket

I know what y'all are saying but me and op are in similar situations and active social media accounts comes before the criminal shyt in google search results so hypothetically if you could make enough dummy accounts and keep them active like that service I was talkin about the kid had a business in, maybe you could push that shyt down a few pages to where maybe a company wouldn't look that far into it. I doubt they're googling through double digit amounts of pages

I cool with my job(s) now but if I ever wanted to apply for upper management or even go into business myself then I could see that becoming an issue which is why I kno a little about the topic

By literally typing my first and last name into google and the first hit is my mugshot from prison and says what correctional facility I was in.. Even worse it doesn't show my charges so that looks bad.
