I don't really mind the interview process. If get the interview, I have about a 95% probability of getting the job. I used to trip how jobs will want you to interview 2 or 3 times and shyt like they're NASA when they pay $10.00 an hour.

"If you had to choose a place to vacation where would you go and why"

and I said "I'm just kidding man"

When my job was hiring for case manager position 1 of the questions asked was "If you were a tree what tree would you be and why?" like wtf can they tell u abt a person that you'd need to know for the role? Hate questions like that
