I always get like that when I'm interviewing people.
I had a kid I was interviewing tell me once after the interview as we're standing up

" :smugdraper:Before I leave can you tell me whether I got the job or not. I usually get hired on the spot when I interview"

:childplease:" Well that's not the way it's gonna work here".

Walked to the office and threw the application in the trash.

My old boss told me that I was the best graduate he ever interviewed after he hired me :jawalrus:

The typically loaded questions like "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?" and "What are your strengths and weaknesses?" are easy to answer if you're being strategically truthful.

Why should we hire you? :troll:
What are your strengths? :troll:
What are your weaknesses? :troll:
Why are you looking to leave your current position? :troll:
Are you a team player? :troll:
Talk about a situation where you showed leadership :troll:

Talk about a time where you handled a uncomfortable situation with a client :troll:

Ladies and gents, this is 90% of the interview questions you will be asked...Anything else will be displaying your skills/knowledge and role playing scenarios (some times just being likeable is hireable enough)..Get through this part with 2-4 sentence answers, raise your eyebrows, smile, and nod while talking and you're good to go.

I'd rep if I could
