Take it from me, as someone who has done similar work...it will wear on you. 70K, believe it or not is not a lot of money. And you'll quickly realize it's not enough for for this.

That's an oversimplification, a lot of people 'grind' and their 'pocket books' are basic, the key word you said is 'goals'. I just hate this notion in society that says all you need to do is aimlessly work hard and you will be rewarded.
