9/10 we are interviewing with some cac we know isnt going to hire us no matter how qualified we are or well we interview, but still have to come in skinning and grinning. Job intetviews are only emasculating when you have no skills and/or resume. Interviews for me are 15 minute brag sessions of my accomplishments. Not emasculating in the least.
