This is a dumb thread. Some of the smartest people I've ever met are also some of the laziest/biggest underachievers, don't think there aren't any "Good" Will Huntings out there. The dude serving you at the drive through might be some kind of prodigy

Honestly.. hammering something into your brain for a few months then spitting it back out on a piece of paper is a very primitive way of measuring one's intelligence..

I used to place people i come into contact with on pedestals and far as intelligence goes because of what they've achieved academically or how they were sold to me by other people, only to be followed by disappointment the more time i spent with or learned about them...

Do what you have to do to get where you need to go.

If that means bussing tables, working in a mailroom or moving boxes until you get a better job or graduate from college then so be it.

I know plenty of Jamaicans and Africans that came here and went from working shyt jobs just to survive to making 6 figures or in the high five figures. I'm sure they got judged too. You never know people's situations so it's best to keep your ignorance to yourself .
