Based off how I see this cac move...I believe the allegations. 
Should his feet be held to the fire, and should he be put under pressure? Absolutely. Do I believe Biden is a rapist, or was acting maliciously? Absolutely not.
He's one of these cats, that are too frisky, and too touchy-feely. I see males like this, on a daily basis. Too comfy, til they cross the wrong female. An old-school mentality of, male entitlement doesn't help his case either...
