Yep we’ve reached silly season now and these articles are a mix of low-key campaigning for the job and disinformation. I’m going to pretty much ignore these. It’s like when you apply for a job and you know enough to know they haven’t selected a candidate so everyone starts making that last minute push. In not particular order a I think this is the last of the finalist:

• Bass
• Harris
• Warren

Woof. I’m 55% Harris to 45% Rice. That’s not who I think is best for the job (I would say that’s Warren) but just based on optics of the selection process:

• Harris checks all of the biggest boxes.
  
• Rice just has so much background with Obama and Biden it’s hard to ignore.

Do they have drawbacks? Yes but we are less than a week away and they are just as prominent as ever.

I don't ever see Kamala Harris as president. If Biden selects her as his VP I think Trump will win so she won't get in that way either.

True but then What if it’s Booker? We assume that the 2024 person has to be the VP but someone like Booker could be the guy. I’ve been thinking it’s odd that men were left out so quickly which eliminated him off top.
