I think budden might hold his own at least. I'll be shocked if he edge out a round. I personally think budden can go bar for bar against anyone on tracks. But goin in live I dont think so. He's more of a writer than a freestyler. Which means he wont come off the cuff so his writtens gotta be on some destruction shyt. Im not even a hollow fan at all, but he'll kill budden off rebuttals alone.

Been following Budden since 01 I'd say Saigon edged him out in a close battle. I do think Budden killed Ran and one upped The Game & G unit. Even though The Game shyt was hard. Plus gave Jay some competition on that pump it up freestyle.

In an objective battle, in this current climate I can't see Joe winning. I see Joe losing 2-1, with Joe spitting some dope bars with a couple of personal shots thrown in, but will lose because battle rap today cares more about non-stop punchlines (like Family guy) and comedy more than bars and/or plays on words. Joe has too much ammunition for simple jokes that are easily deciphered by the crowd go to crazy about, the crowds energy from the jokes will influence the judges giving Hollow the W. Joe won't be personal enough in his approach, and wont have enough direct shots at Hollow to garner as much of a reaction from the crowd, which will translate into a loss from the judges in my opinion.

I'm rooting for Joe though.
