They broke down what they meant by "dusty" and basically kept describing Jim Jones without saying Jim Jones. At one point Budden even said "it looks deodorant-less" 
But they weren't just talking about rappers so it's not really "calling out rappers". More so men in their late 40s who are outside every night and haven't settled down.

Yea I watched this and it was so damn funny. It most def wasn’t just about rappers, it was about both men AND women who the clock strikes 12 on and they’re still outside perpetrating instead of growing up.They broke down what they meant by "dusty" and basically kept describing Jim Jones without saying Jim Jones. Not saying it's cool to be outside in your 40's, but that's how the meaning of words get twisted when people do this. He should just keep it a buck and call out Jones if that's who he's implying
