The way I see it Drake baited Joe into this. I am sure he was more than aware of Joe's prowess on the mic, the snippet was released as bait material, Joe jumped on it and went super hard. Regardless as to who you think started this beef to casual people the shyt Joe is doing is super corny because it comes across as "doing too much". I have no idea if Drake is going to reply, if it was me I'd bait Joe into releasing a few more diss tracks, then drop a combo diss track Dear Drake(Joes perspective) and Dear Budden(Drakes perspective/response) a la Stan and be done with all of this.
