Ish brings woman he's dealing with/fuçking around Budden in whatever capacity.
Budden possibly/probably does something with woman.

Like it’s been said, Joe’s woman has a past… and in the past she was *allegedly known to date “street pharmacist” which is where Ish apparently made his bread before getting into real estate. Ish missed an opportunity to make Joe feel the way he likes to make others feel.
