Man, I'm not even a massive Joe Budden head like that, because I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy his music (no pun intended) but ya'll are missing out on a lot of dope shyt by only measuring artists based on their hits...yea cause Budden raps about the struggle in the black community.
Budden aint had a hit since Pump It Up. And the only reason nikkas heard it was cause it was on Madden 03

Pump It Up is mostly dope because of the sample used and how Just Blaze flipped it.
Budden's music is nothing like that, and he's way more introspective...to the point of making a lot of depressing music.
Also, I don't get the whole "never met a fan of such and such in real life." What does that even mean anymore? So many people are glued to their phones 24/7, and the internet IS A PART of real life. It's 2018 basically. So for better or worse, unless you're out there talking to the brokest of brokest people, there is no such thing as people "in real life" that are "off the internet".
Everyone is on the internet and also in real life.
Also, who cares? Is it like some argument that people online are losers, and cool people don't use the internet, and so people that aren't online have opinions that are more valid?
And before anyone calls me a Migos hater, their shyt jams. One of my favorite producers did a beat for them, I fukk with their music, and one of my buddies did a remix for Bad and Boujee.

I’m sure all of that is true. But I don’t think Budden OR the Migos really wants problems like that.
But what I’m saying is Migos can’t outrap Joe and they probably can’t beat him up with out going to their superiors and asking for help and THAT is corny. This isn’t street beef, neither of them is fukking each other’s money up but Joe is a commentator now, he’s doing what all of us are doing posting on the Coli but he just does it on camera. Is it really beef just because Joe might have hurt their feelings?

Joe Budden taking shots over and over at a meal ticket is going to get someone to pull themselves up to the table. The Migos don't have to call anyone. Someone could not like what hes saying and decide that want to smack him next time he's in LA. Him talking shyt on videos that get millions of views is hurting them. Probably not a lot but that's not the point. It's respect.
As far as out rapping them, personally I don't know how people listen to a whole Joe Budden album in 2017. Certainly his last joint wasn't more entertaining than Culture unless you like sitting in your room listening in head phones by yourself while looking for old JoeBuddenTV youtube clips
