So any hardcore Budden fans here that can explain what he meant by the 1st "Drake podcast"? Like, i dont get what he
was alluding to. About the industry & streaming, how does it relate to Drake & Jay-Z & all that? That Drake gets backed
by Apple cuz he has a deal with them? Is that it? If so, not anything new really. But i dont see what Buddens point was since
shyt like that has always happened in the industry, no? But people highlight others for it. And how is any of that related to Budden?

And no i am not defending or care about Drake. Not about him. But im just saying. I dont get what Budden constantly is pointing
at regarding Drake. Im just confused.

Im definitely more of a Budden like-r than a Drake, but i far from a hardcore fan.

This reminds me of when one of them Drake cheerleaders made a thread talking about "iconic hip-hop legend DJ Premier says Drake brought lyricism back". Never mentioned Premier, Guru, or Gangstarr at any point in history before that.

Then when the ghostwriting shyt happened and Premier was like "hold on now, if he ain't wrote his shyt he's basically Milli Vanilli" they flat out refused to acknowledge it.

They all work in the industry, but Budden is the only one established and is a millionaire. He doesn't need to watch his mouth. They can't blackball him. He already made a good living off of music. Rory and Marissa on the other hand aren't established and anything they say can hurt their careers and potential to make moves so they have to be real cautious

This is what people don't understand about Joe, a lot of the time people think he's attention whoring (even tho sometimes he may be) but for the most part its just that he simply doesn't give a fukk, he was blackballed by arguably the biggest rapper in the game at the time and he still did his thing, he's in his mid 30's, making the music he wants to make while getting payed off it, while already probably being a millionaire, he knows he's nice and he knows he could never be worse off in the industry then he's been before, he has no reason to give a fukk about holding his tounge....unless someone tries to ride up on him on a pushbike with a loaded gun again lol

If we are honest, ghostwriters will have nothing to do with it, it will be a battle of popularity

Anything and Everything to say about Budden has been said already by everyone else, he is soft, he is a simp, he is emo, he is an addict, he is a woman beater bla bla bla.

Drake will find a few creative ways to spin everything we've heard before and the Drake e-street team will do the rest.

They will run with it like it is groundbreaking.

Then there will be the flood of memes.
