this is horrible lmfao
All for the love>>>>>
Money cash hoes is one of my favorite beats ever
I dare anyone rating Swizz high to go beat for beat against any good to great to elite producer. All they can do is say is Swizz has the bigger hit. The actual beat itself won't stand up to scrutiny.
You can pick one beat from most producers that Swizz can't match or clear with the entirety of his catalog.
I'll give examples:
Large Professor - It Ain't Hard to Tell
Ski - Politics As Usual
Alchemist - Worst Comes to Worst
Madlib - Thuggin
Bink - Santorini Greece
9th - The Way You Do It
There's nothing you can put against these musically.
I swear if a no name producer played that beat for Jay he would've been laughed out the studio. That sounds like an 8-bit video game with drums on it.
People are lemmings and will defend garbage just because it's popular. They can't use critical thinking or be analytical.
Don't do that.ALL producers benefit from the artists they work with. Would we even discuss Premier as an elite producer had his production on Illmatic, Reasonable Doubt, Ready To Die, and Life After Death had been on a Group Home project? Where would Kanye West and Just be had their work on Blueprint had went to Fabolous?
Don't do that.
Preemo's beats stand up completely. People say HE is Group Home. Swizz got away with BS beats with legendary rapper performances. Why not? Its the truth. No producer is great without the artist.
When its comes to the music he actually made one of the most polarising figures in hip hop history. Swizzy has his disciples for sure and for every one them there are just as many who don't don't like the majority of his work and say he is wack.
Swizzy is a big name producer in the hip hop world, he had a great run of commercial success that is just undeniable; however, a lot people like to equate commercial success with quality.
