Perfect example of how trivial Drake treats music. I'm not even sure he knows what people mean by "old Drake" at this point, he's just pushing buttons on cruise control. Those beats, outside of the last two tracks, don't even fit his style or match the "rapping drizzy drake" energy. I don't want to hear Drake over Conductor again. Not sure why he picked that Alch beat (which I like, btw) either, it doesn't fit his style.

Only memorable performance on the EP is The Shoe Fit's last verse.

Shyt was boring. Flabby booth nikkas liked it cuz he was ā€œspittingā€ :mjlol:
People who like spitters like it across the globe. I don’t believe everyone who likes bars is flabby. The biggest rappers are Travis, Cole, Kendrick, Baby and Drake, 4 of which are certified spitters :yeshrug:

Then add other big rappers that kids like Jack Harlow, Central C and on. All do ā€˜spit rap’ and really all of those UK guys.

On top of that, looking at the old heads Eminem and Jay still shut down shyt. Nas and Killer Mike selling out shows and Grammy nominated.

I guess the thing with those rappers is that it’s hard to break through in the mainstream cause you’ve got to be very special/different and dynamic. Unlike other type of mainstream rap, just do carbon copy and hope for the best.

I think Drizzy went crazy on all the new joints except the last song. Easily my favorite collection of Drake tracks in a minute.
