Didn't they confirm that he didn't have a gun on him, and that him and the cac only had a verbal altercation? AND that he was standing by his car when he was shot?

I'm trying my damn hardest to be fair, and to react to this based on the law and not pure emotion. I've read that the cops haven't searched Joe's vehicle yet and are waiting on a warrant to do so.......

Literally the ONLY way this cac has any leg to stand on is if he claimed Joe told him he was getting his gun for him........and there ends up being a gun found in his car

But even if that was the case.....you STILL can't shoot someone if you ain't at least see that they got their hand on a piece. He clearly didn't even have time to reach for the piece (otherwise they would've found it outside the car).....so again, why the fukk is this cac out already (like I don't already know the goddamn answer)
