Yes and no. The way it was said and the way Nicki perceived it when Ace mentioned it is what gets fukked up. He asked Ace's opinion (What do you think about me coming out here") not his permission and that's where Nicki felt like "Back up..when did I ask you.." Like he needed Ace's say so to come down there when Nicki was coming regardless.
