I always respect it and think its weird when people argue about peoples personal choices
I dont get along or talk to my parents much but id throw them a bag, just cause I got it.
but then again id throw close friends and other family bags too if they needed it
within reason though... we go over your income and how you plan to pay the car note or property tax on your own
and you get something modest to make your level of living easier. Then I cosign and give you the money so you can build rep and if you fukk it up... I get control and can sell it afterwards to minimize loss
I hate people, so I look at it as a way of paying them to fukk off
sometimes ill loan people money, when I know I wont get it back
just because it saves me the expense of seeing them for a long time
plus say in Joe Rogans case... obviously it effected him and he never resolved or understood his own issues.... so you have to look at the big picture of what made your father this way? Its fine to harbor ill feelings towards someone and normal... but there's cause and effect for everything. Its the same way his father feels but in reverse, how could your son not hate you? Without finding middle ground and admitting you both fukked up, you will always dodge responsibility. Thats just a way to resolve, if you dont want to resolve it ... then fukk em
