fukk Joe Rogan. Breh is a dumbass who thinks he's a renaissance man. Not being able to discern stupidity or separate bullshyt from fact are signs of poor reasoning skills. Knowing a lot of random facts about ancient civilizations and science doesn't make you smart if you simultaneously peddle conspiracies with Alex Jones.

fukk SAS. I don't fukk with Rogan but enjoy seeing people call out the idiotic nature of our sports entertainment media. These dudes don't know shyt about sports nor do they seem to even care about the strategy or skill involved. They want to package everything into simple explanations that have no real tangible meaning. He worked harder, he gave up, he wanted it more, didn't prepare enough, etc...all simple bullshyt talking points for casual laymen who don't have time to watch most games but want to know what happened in the quickest most digestible/disposable way possible. It has killed sports IQ and discussion in this country.

:hhh:

This is what Rogan and most MMA fighters are upset about. Smith commentary was stupid and frankly disrespectful. And then he doubled down with his response and sorta insinuated that he was the reason most people watched the card

You didn’t ask anything I asked a question and now you are on some weirdo semantic passive-aggressive shyt. So again, outside the tasteless ape joke what evidence do you have of Rogan being racist?

Using words you don't even know the meaning of how the hell can it be passive-aggressive when I quoted you directly.

You said he can't be a racist because he voted for Sanders. As if a person, political views shape their views on race that is dumb shyt!

Nowhere did I say Rogan is a racist. Even though he lets some uninformed people on his show spew a lot of nonsense about IQ and race a lot.

His show lacks hella diversity but I am not his target market so I don't really care about him, his show or his fan base.

I can sympathize with that as I said. And of course SAS response is make this an even bigger story and make himself the center of it. That's why you can't win against him. His entire worth as a personality depends on being a character and being talked about/reacted to.

You know what good point. I can respect this. Because I do say a lot of these Bernie bros have a strange trepidation towards racial issues and try to layer it over with the socialist economic points. I’m not a Rogan fan and I use to think he catered to a lot of alt right cacs by having them on but he does balance it out with different perspectives

Yep and McGregor got involve which prompted a four paragraph response from Smith. ESPN will put him on the next big show now :mjlol:

conor is the reason ppl watched. period. the coli could have done commentary on that fight and the numbers would have been the same.

the fact that stephen thinks there could be any other reason lends real weight to the idea that he has no fukking clue what he’s talking about.

Honestly this whole thing shouldn't had even blown up the way it did. For one, I like Rogan and yes the cac was a legit kickboxer and is a black belt in ju jitsu so nobody should be dumb enough to run up on him.

However, he should had told SAS right then and there how he felt. I understand they were on live TV and all of that but it would've been better if he addressed then instead of running to his podcast a week later.

SAS isn't the most knowledgeable analyst and I don't fukk with him like that but other than saying Cerrone quit, he was right with everything else he said. Cerrone is washed up at this point and isn't as durable as he once was from fighting 3-4 times every year.

Rogan tried to make it seem like Conor did a whole new attack with the shoulder strikes but its a technique boxers have used forever.

But this whole thing make all MMA fans look sensitive. I didn't have an issue with it.
