Detroit You bytch Ass nikka
Honestly this whole thing shouldn't had even blown up the way it did. For one, I like Rogan and yes the cac was a legit kickboxer and is a black belt in ju jitsu so nobody should be dumb enough to run up on him.

However, he should had told SAS right then and there how he felt. I understand they were on live TV and all of that but it would've been better if he addressed then instead of running to his podcast a week later.

SAS isn't the most knowledgeable analyst and I don't fukk with him like that but other than saying Cerrone quit, he was right with everything else he said. Cerrone is washed up at this point and isn't as durable as he once was from fighting 3-4 times every year.

Rogan tried to make it seem like Conor did a whole new attack with the shoulder strikes but its a technique boxers have used forever.

But this whole thing make all MMA fans look sensitive. I didn't have an issue with it.
Man these nikkas must hate SAS cause dude literally didn't say shyt wrong :mjlol:. He thought the same way I did buy he couldn't say it on TV, Ceronne threw that fight. He ain't like flat out quit, he was never trying to win. Sport politics and shyt which is understandable, McGregor would have won anyways but it was clear Cowboy was there to lose :yeshrug:

I couldnt stomach past the first paragraph of you defending that garbage.
You dudes who have some sort of vested interest in him on some “whAt mAkEs hIM rACiSt” and “wHo dID hE hUmaNiZe” as if a niqqas word isnt good enough because you like the guy is disheartening.

You got one guy in Sassy A who is a black proxy for anti blacks and this Rogan clown who is a “nice guy” racist. No winning here
I hate when y'all just admit open ignorance. My first sentence was "He had Cornell West on" and you clearly didn't even read past the 2nd sentence. :mjlol:

Why you even quoting what you didn't read? Look back at what I actually said and you gonna feel real confused, unless you already too far in your feelings that you wanna maintain your front and pretend I was saying the exact opposite of what I actually said.

I mean this is basically it. You can jus take that clip and blanket him as a out racist(I use too) but then when I heard the full context I remembered he’s the typical cac edge comedian in the same vain as burr, C.K, etc. I mean he could be a racist you never know but I haven’t seen anything in his public persona to believe that he is. And for every cringe alt right weirdo he host like Rubin, Shapiro he also has Tyson, West, Roy wood Jr, etc. But hey you know fukk it daps gotta be acquired :manny:
In the Cornell West clip he talks about Pryor was the first standup he ever saw and the guy he idolized from a kid, and how he and Pryor did shows together (he followed Pryor) for five weeks at one point early in his career. But I ain't cool with white folk slipping that racist shyt out as "edge", it will never sit right with me. Like I said, you have to at least have been raised in a racist environment to even think that shyt. And I ain't cool with him giving a voice to those "intellectual dark web" idiots, especially since he clearly isn't bright enough or educated enough to counter a lot of the worst shyt they say.

But I agree with you that if he's a racist he ain't open about it and he never capes for white nationalism or any of that bullshyt. I was trying to find those receipts on him and I couldn't. I'm still wondering who the "neo-nazis" are that NYC Rebel says he gasses up. Ben Shapiro is an egotistical far-right ignorant prejudiced a$$hole, but he ain't a neo-Nazi.

So u okay with the time joe rogan called black ppl apes

:comeon:
What does that have to do with my statement. Unlike yall, I can separate the art from the artist even if he was an overt racist. Joe Rogan podcast have been superior to anything Stephen a has contributed to the public in the last decade and if you got a problem with that you got a problem with rza, Dave chapelle, Mike Tyson, Jamie fox, Neil degrasse Tyson, lil Duvall, evander holyfield, Cedric dumbo, dr. Cornell west, etc:unimpressed:

It's called being professional. If SAS said the same exact thing on Joe's podcast I'm sure Joe would've checked him right then and there.

Wait, so calling out who is basically a work colleague and berating him on your podcast is "professional" but doing it in person would be unprofessional? Why didn't he "check" him after the camera was off then?

This is laughable

Hell
He also is a Cornell West fanboy. This is actually one of the best Cornell West interviews out there:

I don't think anyone can make that joke unless they were raised in a racist environment and thus have some racist tendencies or are at least pandering to racists. It's one (of many) reasons that I've been on his fukking case in every thread where Joe Rogan has come up. Even if he has some good guests, he has repeatedly exposed that he is ignorant and naive when it comes to issues that affect Black people and I don't like the way his show gives a forum to way too many a$$holes.

That being said, people who post that clip out of context are doing a disservice. This is the actual sequence of events:

1. He talks about going to see Planet of the Apes and ending up by surprise in a theater with almost all Black folk. Right off the bat he makes a clearly racist joke.

2. Immediately after saying it he says, "Wait, Planet of the Apes didn't take place in Africa. That was a racist thing for me to say." and walks it back.

3. He goes on to describe his experience in the theater, getting dapped up and having conversations with people who knew him from one thing or another, and talks about what a positive experience watching a movie in a theater with a Black crowd is, where people are talking back to the movie and legit having a good time. Sometimes his way of talking about it gets a little cringey you can tell he's being legitimately respectful.

4. He then says that that makes him realize that every fukking preview was White movies starring White people. He talks about when the preview for some Jonah Hill movie comes on and Jonah Hill slips into Black mannerisms while talking to a Black guy so that you "know he is cool". He says that watching that alongside a black audience made him realize how cringeworthy it is when White people appropriate Black culture and he was really embarrassed to be White at that moment.

Actual quote: "Wow, this is fukked up. No wonder why Black people are angry and they feel disenfranchised. They're completely removed from the mainstream cultural experience in a lot of ways. There's a tiny percentage of Black people who are included in movies."

5. Then when Planet of the Apes comes on, the whole movie is White people except for one token Black character. And that Black character is some foreign guy with an accent AND he's a bad guy. He says it made him feel uncomfortable seeing how all these Black folk had basically just these all-White movies available, and how the Black community has a legitimate complaint when it comes to Hollywood and their representation.

A lot of the shyt is says in the clip is insensitive and non-PC and kinda makes you want to punch him in the face. At the same time he is using that forum to push some of the most anti-racist agenda about media that a lot of his audience has probably ever heard.

I looked up all that shyt when I was trying to shyt on Joe Rogan in the Joe Rogan thread. And I still ain't feeling him. But if THAT is the most racist thing people can credit to him, when the whole time he's going off on the lack of Black representation in Hollywood, and when he's having Cornell West on his show for two hours to spit his anti-racist game and clearly is a fan....it's tough for me to call him an "open White Supremacist" or some of the other dumb shyt people are saying. Like Obama said, he's a "typical White person" who has gained some experience in the Black community (he used to work with Richard Pryor and is a massive Pryor stan as well) and still has some racist tendencies. He doesn't understand how toxic some of his guests like Jordan Peterson or Alex Jones and their fans can be to the Black community. But he's not a White Nationalist.

I think you underestimating what he actually said, he's basically giving a backhanded compliment and you dudes gotta stop this "intellectual babble" and call it for what it is, Joe is racist and he wouldn't talk that way around black people.

A lot of you dudes are so caught up in being intellectual and intelligent a racist cac would sit right next to you and say some racist stuff and you wouldn't be offended, you'll say it was "insensitive" which is liberal cac babble to cover their racist views...

No one with sense is going to make a disparaging remark about a group of people without having some serious thought about it, if you said it, you thought it and that needs to be said, stop deflecting and caping for racist cacs.

You gotta keep it 100%, Joe makes alot of you dudes think and create a conversation around different topics and alot of you guys eat that stuff up, it's good coffee shop talk, bar talk or even date night talk.

We so far went from being black folks who stood for something, we just wanna fit in and prove to the world we ain't poor and we end up giving many racist cacs a pass.

Joe is a fraud ass cac who if the world was at war and all races started fighting he's throwing all non-whites off a cliff.. don't get it twisted with this liberal or progressive ideology that these new-age racist intellectual cacs have, their still racist and have many racist views. Stop the caping for racist man.

It's hard to fight racism when everyone wants a seat at the table.
