a. Africans left Africa to become Eurasian, not European or Asian 60-70kya. There is some evidence that they were probably already genetically 'Eurasian' before they left Africa. Nevertheless, it doesn't change the facts.
b. There have been multiple origins of Agriculture in the world. Occurring at different times 12,000 years ago. Europe isn't an origin of agriculture.
