I thought you were arguing that you had the right to say whatever you wanted on these social media platforms because they were the biggest game in town and it would be unfair to your business prospects to preclude you from the free publicity and promotion that comes with access to them?
You did mention that some people “need” social media to communicate and I countered that no one “needs” social media to communicate because there are alternative methods to communicate such as phone, text, video chat and face to face conversation. What does the government monitoring those private communications have to do with information that you are trying to get to the general public on social media (where you have no expectation of privacy)?
This is the equivalent of going to a police station and voluntarily telling them you murdered someone and then complaining that it was supposed to be private.
