At first it just looked like criticism of small stores and people's cars getting robbed and burned down in the name of protesting
But the only looting clips in the video are of black people which is IMO racist af because there's lots of white people that steal and rob during those protests. Sometimes even way more. How many white people have we seen throwing molotov cocktails into buildings?
And if we really want to keep it all the way 100, where's the clips of white people rioting and breaking stuff after their hockey games? hmm?
Where's the clips of adult white fathers and mothers traveling from different states to come and break into the Capitol on Jan 6 to hold congressmembers ransom with guns? Oh they dont remember that huh? Gtfoh with that small town BS.
The fukked up thing is that if Aldean used clips of January 6th the whites would be pumping their fist like yeah that’s right show them what we’ll do

There is nothing explicitly racist about the song is what.
And again, I understand implication (dog whistles) , nuance and overall peckerwood tactics so I’m not saying he isn’t trying to be slick, but it’s a flimsy argument and easy to flip on it’s head.
And the only thing that has come of it so far is making the song a hit and a spotlight being put on genocide rap.
