Breh Nerlens is a lock down defender right now at the 4.
This draft is very deep, it has 5-7 guys who can be AS, Okafor is a lock to be an All-Star player.
Brett Brown helped developed Kawhi on the Spurs, he's the current coach for the Sixers, and has help developed Nerlens and will develop their other high upside players.

I know you guys hate on Hinkie for getting his 2k franchise mode on, but it's hard for this to go bad when you have so much high upside players. If they don't believe me, look at the Blazers seven years ago, they became a perineal 50-win team with a surplus of talent(Roy; Batum, Aldridge, Oden, Rudy Fernandez).

Nah, they aren't that far off from competing right now, they have the 11th best defense in the league (Worst offense in the league though), young squads usually suck ass on defense but this one just needs a little more offense to be competitive. Assuming Embiid stays healthy the whole year and they draft Mudiay or Russell, they will be getting more defense from Embiid in addition to offense and an offensive punch on the wing that they didn't have before. They could have a Milwaukee Bucks like jump next year, but they are definitely going to turn the corner in the next 2-3 years and show some major growth (if healthy).
