Whatchu mean "do him"...you ever stop to think for a second that perhaps Joey is "doing him", and that Premo is who he wants as an artist? Joey got a fair amount of buzz, and if Preem can lace him with a beat like this:

...then what the problem is? Niqqas was talkin mad sht about Christina Aguilera going to preem for multiple tracks and her lead single. She ended up with her most successful and critically acclaimed album of all time.

You are thinking too much about the producer in question, I'm not talking about Premo.
I'm talking about rappers in this city historically dikkriding previous generations.

We need new Premos, new rappers that will shock you like Nas.
Not weaker versions of Nas and legends not bringing anything new to hiphop.


Like I said the joint might be dope, it most likely is. But New York needs more than that.

This is all based on New York in the 90s where you had new crews, new producers, new rappers and it kept on going on until the early 2000s, same goes for the south which has had that development since the late 90s, and the west coast right now. And like I said before if the beat is the illest beat its whatever but it would be dope to see him go the ASAP route.
