And it’s pretty much fraud for Joey to be registering a company (which by all accounts exists now) with Top put down as a key stakeholder if Top has no knowledge of it or has no intention to be involved with it.

then if it is real, then he either has a legal reason to chare proceeds or if its losses, he has a reason that will excuse him from liability. so when you think of legal theories, you have to think of the real life implications to determine if it even matters in reality.

It's just not believable because why would Top open a label with Joey badass? .....if top was gonna start an eastcoast label, he'd prolly do it with an NY legend. Somebody who actually knows how to find talent. Why would he do it with somebody who could barely get his own rap career off the ground?.....joey was supposed to be the chosen one when pro era hit the scene. He's got a solid catalog but he never showed any growth. He legitimately got worse with every release.

He's actually not .....drake with his writing team is easily better than joey when they're in their lyrical bag. I always been a big fan of joey, but lyrically he's never been elite. He's had his moments over the years, but overall his lyrics are just a bunch of fluff. How many of his verses can you recite word for word?....dude just repeats himself on every track, and half of his lines are cheesy as fukk.

Joey a solid rapper with a good ear for beats. But that's about it.
