Y'all see why a lot of people choose not to ride for black people? Because we don't stand together.

Whites
Latinos
Asians

Rarely are so quick to throw eachother under the bus, if ever.

Dude spent the last year praising blacks, gave his hood a shoutout on the red carpet, hit white with the :umad: all last year and second he says something that can even a little bit interpreted as "c00nish" (even though it wasn't) y'all throw him under the bus, call him a tap dancing c00n, talmbout Hes a sellout etc.

Y'all claim y'all like seeing nikkas make it, but y'all don't :ld:

Y'all like seeing nikkas fail, y'all hate seeing nikkas winn because it makes y'all feel insecure/inferior seeing another black man win.

Same reason why y'all was seriously debating about whether to boycott MBJ over NOTHING.

Crabs in a barrel. For real. For real. I see that more and more everyday. The majority of nikkas hate to see their fellow brothers Win.

What's the point of putting yourself on the line for your people, if when shyt hits the fan your people throw you under the bus the same way the other side does?
A Latino or Asian person would have never told their people to stop complaining though. They would have just not said shyt concerning the issue. But a lot of blacks always have to take it a further step to let white people know "they're" not like the rest of us.

He doesn't have to be Malxom X calling out white people but yet he feels comfortable enough to publicly call out blacks. If you want to be neutral on social issues that means not just keeping quiet on white people's doings but BLACK people also.

I get his point though in what he was trying to say but as an actor he could have worded it better.

Dude is beginning to become really suspect..

I rode with him through the Star Wars controversy because he's a young dude trying to get his foot in the industry and he DID directly address and shyt on the Cacs who were so upset that their precious white space opera was getting a bonafide black lead. He ALSO went on several television and radio appearances talking about how proud he was to be a black man, which is definitely something we need more of our media representers to proclaim..

But then the movie dropped and his character was "emasculated negro step n' fetch" 101. Absolutely HATED everything about his character and how he was portrayed. Now of course we in the black community SHOULD know better and I gave wayyyyy too much credit to the marketing of the movie which depicted him the compete OPPOSITE of what he turned out to be.

So he's a 23 year old aspiring actor, I may say fukk Star Wars and certainly fukk that "driving Miss Rey" character known as Finn he portrayed, but I wouldn't go so far as to condemn the brother, who jumped at the opportunity and was (apparently) mislead.

But then he jumps on board the fakkit express and endorses a homosexual pairing that had NO SUBTEXT WHATSOEVER in the film:martin:

Then he's telling blacks to "stop complaining" about being ostracized and having our contributions in the advancement of film, television, acting, writing, and producing IGNORED by the industry :what:

Breh is getting dangerously close to hopping on the c00n express
He was mislead? Source and how?
