And according to Boyega in Variety, Jackson came up to him at a party, tapped him on the shoulder, called him Black Jedi and declared John was playing his son.


But I think its Billie Dee who should be in it. Though both Billie Dee and Jackson would be kick ass. Guess you can't have the sauvest brother from the seventies next to alcoholic Harrison and post-coke Fisher.

he was mediocre in that, and the whole "good thug" message of the movie was lame as fukk. The whole 3rd act was a mess.

He carried that aliens in the hood movie which ironically shytted on JJ Abrams' aliens in the burbs Super 8 which led to his casting so he cant have been that mediocre. And there was no "good thug" message in the movie, they literally jacked the white girl in the first scene which led to much commentary on why some reviewers (white) were in their feelings about empathizing with the young protagonists in the movie as opposed to the ones in JJ Abrams' ode to Speilberg. Which is why Abrams cast an actor from the b-movie version of his own film. Elle Fanning and em aint getting these Star Wars checks
