He sure coached the hell outta that last possession. The whole "run around like a chicken with your head cut off" play worked to perfection. Got them a beautifully contested NBA 3 pointer that his player nailed with no fukks given. Good job coach.

Coaches in sports get way too much fukking credit. It's disgusting sometimes. Kentucky has just been clutch as hell as of late but they look disorganized and totally off the same page constantly. A great coach wouldn't have his guys out there unprepared looking retarded as much as they do.

Not always, there are some coaches that you can see mold their team into a cohesive unit or are on their guys n/h so much that they instill discipline and uniformity.

Look at Thibs. That guy is a brilliant coach. Look at Pop. That guy is a brilliant coach. But when people bring up Phil Jax I just gotta laugh. Yeah, he won a lot, but this guy had some of the greatest teams in the history of the sport. Bu bu bu bu he's the one who made them that great
