Don't know what a cena heel turn would do. He'll still be the face of company and have the belts. Would people cheer more if he were or would the companies value go up? Heels aren't getting love like back in the old days. Nwo, austin, rock, dx, razor Ramon, hbk, undertaker. This generation looks to lean more towards the faces. Cena, bryan, shield, dolph, kofi. Some heels are exception like wyatt family and maybe bnb. Cena gonna make them money regardless. Him and triple h likely sitting at home laughing at the responses to that tweet.
Mark ain't gonna stop watching. He'll get bored having nothing to complain about all week.
Cena "turning heel" wouldn't make any real difference. Like I said before, he IS heel and he IS face. By turning heel, he'd get the exact same reaction because he's probably the only polarizing face. If a heel Cena beat a beloved face like Reigns, Cena would get booed because he's "burying" Reigns. If a face Cena beat Reigns, it'd be the exact same thing....and vice-versa.
Only difference is that he'd probably sell less merch and the Make-A-Wishes wouldn't make sense. It's pointless.
