His counterpart is a new Senate Republican than won in a red wave and the Governor is a Democrat, as was the previous Governor. If you really think Pennsylvania is that hard to win for Democrats, I really have nothing to argue with you. Republican Presidential candidates have won Pennsylvania twice since 1988 and both candidates were named Donald Trump.
