Michael Jackson was proven innocent in courts of law multiple times, there are FBI documents confirming this.
But that doesn’t mean anything to the court of public opinion. Because of how he looked, and his eccentricities, he will always be subject to these types of hit pieces.
There is no convincing people who believe MJ did it, that he did not.
If you really wanted to “cancel” John legend, or anyone that continues slandering a dead pop icon, the best recourse would be to ignore them completely and not repost their opinions. But because we live in an era dominated by controversy with 24 hour news cycles, it has become the norm to repost opinions you disagree with and spend the next day tearing them apart with people already on your side.
This thread solves nothing. Everybody here already thinks John Legend is an idiot, so all it accomplishes is advertise, promote, and give free publicity for him. So more people who disagree with him will follow what he says, so the next time he says something dumb, he can get reposted again - and the cycle repeats.
