Starks isn't 6'5 though. I've seen him in person before & I doubt he's that tall. They always list players 2-3 inches taller than what they really were. Perfect example, Barkley. My money is on Christie though.

word! I met Charles Barkley too at a basketball camp as a kid in 94 or 95. Anyway somehow his height came up and Chuck was like 'I'm not 6'7... I'm 6'4.

we were all like :ohhh: and Charles Barkley said to us, most of the time the NBA list players heights taller than they are to make them seem "larger than life". We were all basically like :ehh:... makes sense. Then he kept it moving and answered the rest of our questions.

:salute:to any thread about the gawd John Starks though

I Remember Hearing It Was Anthony Mason, And Yes I Know Mason Is 6'7" But I doubt Biggie Was Looking Up Players Height To Be Accurate, All He Knew Was That The Muhfukka Was Tall

Im Just Saying, I Don't Know Who It Was

yea it might be mason

John Starks confirmed it was true fam on ESPN. He said he knew who it was about but wouldn't name who the player was.

Everywhere...You never there.
Funny this was upped... I was just listening to this the other day. Never gets old. the mystery still remains. I was wondering if there was a hint in the "Arm, Leg..." line, correlating it to a player who was/is Muslim. But I don't think anyone on that team practiced that that faith.

Money's on Greg Anthony. He's the dumbass that lost us that Pacers game and allowed Reggie Miller to score 12 points in like 10 secs.
