If there's no fracture and it's a whole lot of swelling then with proper icing and movement in the wrist I think he could still end up playing in game 4. He still wouldn't be 100% tho

he loves using his left hand though, he goes for layups and dunks with the left all the time

I'd be more worried about him being able to dribble with his left hand than being able to dunk/layup with it. he could always not use the left hand in those instances if he can't do it anymore.

A sprain will limit your movement and the swelling will make it PAINFUL to move it. That's why you ice it to remove a lot of the swelling and move it a lot to keep it from losing motion.

Can he successfully restore movement in 3 days is the question
