U guys deadass say “no one is taking that contract” and somebody always does, u guys said that about CP3 after 2019 also it was very incorrect, I think it’s safe to say we don’t kno the intentions of all 30 front offices

on the topic of Wall, he was playing on a bottom 3 roster in the league coming off a major injury, shot very poorly but it’s crazy how U guys are in here saying he don’t care about basketball. While Harden was acting like a hoe calling the team trash, Wall was still tryna hoop and he showed he can still play in the NBA

He’s a vet at this point been in the league for 11 years so it would probably be in his best interest to get off this lottery team, I’m not a pocket watcher so if he feels he needs to give up some money to play meaningful basketball, that’s his prerogative.

Even if a team was willing to take the contract I don’t know if anyone has the players that they would be willing to move in order to put the trade together.

Maybe if he opted out of the final year a team would be willing to go in on him and if it doesn’t work out just move in different directions or sign him to a long term deal at a cheaper price point. But I don’t even think he can opt out of the last year yet.

I’m a rockets fan and ain’t nobody touching that contract. Tilman cheap ass ain’t buying out. Wall could work in Houston if he adjusts his role. We don’t want him to be a franchise player even though he’s paid like one. That shyt ain’t pretty to watch. Two years isn’t a long time. Jsut eat it for one more year and then maybe buyout his final year. Just load manage the fukk out of dude next year like they did Eric Gordon this year.

Wall wanted to play out this year but they finally convinced him to shut him down.

Nah Klay helped the Warriors win 3 chips, the team has generated billions and has become one of the most valued sports franchises in the world the past decade because of those chips. Warriors gotta pay him that bread, he’s earned it.
wall earned his contract too, but until Klay can show he’s still Klay, the contract is an albatross

Who cares what he wants? He’s not that good anymore and even if he was he can’t stay on the court anyway. Might as well stat pad on a bad team until a contender gets desperate for a buyout signing.

That’s Klay. 2 years 67mil, 0 games; won’t be back until February(ish) still owed 120m... until we see how he looks after the acl and Achilles, that’s 190m for 2.5 years of Duncan Robinson

Klay won 3 championships.

:gucci: if what a player did or helped a team achieve to get his contract mattered in discussing who has a (currently) bad contract, John wall wouldn’t be in the discussion of bad contracts.

Who's mans is this???
