So when are players going to be held accountable then? I though the Wiz got rid of all the cancers on the team. It should be his team now right?

I ain't giving him a pass as such. But I'm sure he would be futher along his player-curve, if he'd been in a more suitable environment. Whether or not he improves is still largely dependent on where the Wiz go in the near future.

How's he suppose to reach his potential if there's no light at the end of the tunnel?

his turnovers in crunch time are just bad... if he took an extra second he'd be golden on a couple of passes. the last week or so it seems he has an unforced or forced error in the last 4 mins of the game
