Wiz fans, what is an offer that you're cool with for John Wall's services?
He still has one more year. So it will be based on his play next year.
Basically he's in Joe Flacco's position before last season started. We'll see
I hope he plays good, but is cool with a Nene type contract. 6yr 65mil I think he got.
Then when its time to resign him. I believe Ariza and Okafor's contracts will be up as well. And Kevin Seraphin. I'm not sure how we can sign all these players. Martell Webster is on 10 day contract that ran out months ago.
He's just happy to be there. But he's earned more money too
Bradley and Wall together, and Wall's improvement being REAL?
Our backcourt will be straight for literally a decade or more. I guess Nene would have to be traded to afford everyone. I don't know, I haven't had these problems before. Future never looked this bright (well, minus the webber era)
nah, I'd rather Beal be designated as the franchise player and give him a 5 year deal when he's due for an extension in about 36 months.
WTF does this have to do with Wall?
Being
#1 overall and them throwing the franchise at him after Arenas messed up is the problem
I thought patience on your part was the problem
Randy:
He is practicing releasing the ball at the same place every time. He was shooting it to many different ways. Some leaning. Some fading. etc etc. Wall practicing every day. We are telling him to shoot it the same way every time. At this stage of the game, you aren't going to change a player stroke a lot but what you can do is get them to shoot it the same way each time. Larry Bird didn't have perfect form, but he shot it the same way every time.
Wall:
I was shooting on the way up. Sometimes on the way down. Now I release it at the same point which is at the top of my shot.
Randy is wrong, its clearly Ernie Grunsfeld fault that it took Wall this long to "get it"
That max contract with players coming off their rookie seasons puts teams in a bind. Though John is not worth the max if they don't give it to him their is always the chance another team swoops in and offer him the max contract he wants.
Word to James Harden
Breh, its been set in stone he getting a max deal. Ive been saying it since the convo originally came up last summer.
The Wizards have no choice but to give him a max deal, and Wall will accept it because its not a guarantee he will get that on the open market.
True, but Ernie and Ted will not do what you say if Wall has a below expectations year next year. We almost rooting for him to struggle next year so we can sign him to an Andray type contract

Send some hoes to Wall's hotel, let one of them say they was raped like a good ol' Webber party and.. well, that might backfire
