We are telling him to shoot it the same way every time. At this stage of the game, you aren't going to change a player stroke a lot but what you can do is get them to shoot it the same way each time. Larry Bird didn't have perfect form, but he shot it the same way every time.

The max for Restricted Free Agents I believe is 4 years and $60 million... or 5 years $80 million if desginated the franchise player.
