ur probablly right, but I was just thinking more so along the lines of some random Chicago GD's putting the rules to the side doing and it for fame/ to get their music heard since this is such a big topic, u know how chicago niggggaz are, and how chicago gangz are, nigggaz dont be listening to rules like that. Now MOST will probablly honor what Larry says to do concerning ross, but U know theres going to be a small percentage who cant pass up the opportunity for national attention and say fukkkk what larry and them say. regardless to how hoover and lil larry feels. But you could be right, Chi town folks may remain quiet out of respect for what Larry says and to honor the business deal(terms of extortion) between Chicago GD's and Rick Ross. I just doubt It though, based on chicago gangz being on that ignorant shyt.

He probably doesn't realize this fact. Ross is so lost in his own world, I'm pretty sure he sees this as something he can easily handle.

GDs are not gonna get Ross unless they do stake outs. Since Pac and B.I.G. rappers know they can get touched. I doubt any unfamiliar faces are getting within 20 feet of Ross.

This is a non-story, because Ross will simply avoid those areas or be heavily guarded. Gun Play will most likely get his chain snatched again.
