This was clearly a humiliation ritual for Arthur Fleck/Joker as a character but the wild thing is. Had this been taken more seriously it could have been brilliant in its own right. Unfortunately the execution was awful and a waste of the actors' talents.

Finally saw this in the plane...and knew I should've just stayed away as a fan of the first flick.

This was gross, he really went with that fake Snyder quote "my main character would get raped in prison" (except we reveal it's not really him ).
