The offense was always the issue, not the team. Offense was too conservative under Tony and without a legit QB, it wasnt going anywhere. But did they win because of the offense? No. They won due to thier defense which Jon has fukk all to do with. Why thats so hard for u to understand is beyond me. If Bucs would of won the SB due to the offense, you have a point. But they won due to the defense Tony built and installed. Thats why everyone and their moms say Jon won with TONY's team.

Lane ever did or been accused of anything remotely close to what geriatric Chuckie was found to have done?

Not to my knowledge.

But I was thinking young and white-a$$hole-fratboy --hot-shot coach getting another NFL chance years later in middle age as in Lane now being 50.

Chuckie had his chances young and came back middle aged and was caught talking cray cray in emails...he can wait. All I know is If Guruden is the top white coaching candidate something is wrong and white coaches need re-evaluate themselves.
