Dungy built that team. I dont think u know how bad the Bucs were before him. Before Dungy, the Bucs never seen the playoffs since 1982. He took them there 4 times out of the 6 years he was there. How many coaches can come in and change a shyt franchise into SB winners within 6 years? Let alone make the playoffs 4 of the 6 years they were rebuilding there? Not most, if any. 1.)Plenty of coaches have turned teams around in year 1 or quickly overall.
2.)Dungy never won shyt with that team. Why? If this was Jimmy Johnson or Bill Walsh who actually won titles with the teams they build before the new guy came in I could see this as a flex. The offense was always the issue, not the team. Offense was too conservative under Tony and without a legit QB, it wasnt going anywhere. But did they win because of the offense? No. They won due to thier defense which Jon has fukk all to do with. Why thats so hard for u to understand is beyond me. If Bucs would of won the SB due to the offense, you have a point. But they won due to the defense Tony built and installed.
