What do we, as a people need to do to be at the same level as these rainbow riders?? I mean damn they get their way all the time! They like that baby sibling that get all the candy and toys… while we are like the oldest child not getting shyt! We gotta change our ways brehs!

Dave Chappelle made a good fukking point
We too off code as black folks… We got women wanting their own shyt outside of us.. they throwing gender before the race… So we gender warring with them… they want their own power… then we have black folks putting their sexuality before their race… it’s a damn mess… black LGBTQ folks damn near act like they ain’t black.. it’s bizarre.

They have the power. Black folk the only people that want to forgive and turn the other cheek. shyt is pathetic.

Nah....it ain't that we want to.

If crackers started losing their jobs because they were racist toward blacks, they would all lose their jobs.

There's small businesses with 500 employees an not one of them even an ounce black that send racist memes to each other on their email servers. All it takes is one disgruntled employee to be like "oh yeah! Well looks what my boss sent out!" And leak it to the news then another company would but shut down.

White people think black people and other minorities sit around and talk about them when in reality white people really do sit around and talk to other white people about black people and Asians, mexicans, immigrants, terrorists and shyt.

Sorry Stephen A. When it was about Big Black Sambo Tire Lips you were coppin pleas for Gruden now it's "His career is over". Knaw. Stephen A had the nerve to say he didn't deserve to be fired for the Black Insults. Same with Dungy and Tirico, SMH. How can a Black Man get on TV and say that? This is one of the many reasons Black America has issues. The lack of a real Black owned Media infrastructure. A lot of a our mainstream media is done through a White Lens. It's not a balanced perspective. Because calling out White Supremacy or Racism issues could cost you a check.

Gruden should of been fired for the Black Emails with the same weight as any other groups. But yes the avalanche of the other emails did it. They were already setting the stage to let him possibly let him coach again if it was just the Black email. Stephen said, "He shouldn't be fired or suspended". And some Paid Brothers in the media were going for "Forgiveness" angle for Gruden. This is a problem to me. We all know the NFL has racist issues after Kaepernick situation, it didn't take Gruden's emails to know it. But to see some Black Men come on television and actually make excuses for Tire Lips email was pathetic. It wasn't all because Keyshawn and Shannon went in. But a few did a little too much, DeMauirce Smith was also disappointed in some people downplaying the Gruden's emails about him.

Gruden is gone, now the NFL should get rid of those who enabled him

ypically, Gruden does not see himself as a bigot. In reaction to The Wall Street Journal disclosure last week, Gruden defended himself by saying that he did not have a racist bone in his body. Indeed, the deluge of emails reported by the Times on Monday revealed that Gruden did not have just one racist bone: His entire being was consumed by bigotry.

Gruden checked all the boxes:

Racist. Check.

Bigot. Check.

Anti-gay. Check.

Misogynist. Check.

Just read his quotes. In the emails reviewed by the Times, no one was spared. He used “f—-t” to describe NFL commissioner Roger Goodell. He chastised the NFL for forcing the St. Louis Rams and then-coach Jeff Fisher to draft “a queer.” The reference was to Michael Sam, an openly gay player who was drafted by St. Louis in 2014. Gruden did not like the idea of women rising through the ranks as officials, either, and he certainly did not like player protests, complaining that NFL player Eric Reid, who continued to kneel during the playing of the national anthem, should have been fired

My question is to whom was Gruden writing? Who was his audience? Were they league executives, powerful entities in other areas in the sports and broadcast industry? This could explain why former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was blackballed.

The people who enabled Gruden, who laughed at his racist jokes, guffawed and winked at his anti-gay quips, are still around. So why is it important that we root out these enablers? These enablers are in positions of power and control, making important decisions about who gets hired, who gets promoted and which initiatives are launched.

Exactly. This is a much bigger story. Who are the execs and owners that are being protected? These are the people we need to go after. If Kaep had more support he coulda really hurt the league.

Two things. Stephen A.'s audience is made of people who want hot takes, and won't care or remember what happened a month ago, much less what he said yesterday.

Two, in general the playbook to handle offending Black people is to wait out the 3-4 days of emotional outrage. Once that subsides, majority will forget that it happened. And it will have not affected your livelihood or your money. We can both think of several examples. Most recently here....with joe rogan calling Black people apes, and some of ones who claimed outrage creating threads about his show days later. Discussing his content as though be had never said it on camera.

Many of the buzzwords and catchphrases used here, are just hot air. "Cacs" "fighting white supremacy"...etc
