So essentially what ya'll are saying is that if your employer turns a larger profit. You don't expect a raise. That money should go to the people who worked there before you when the pay scale and rate of inflation was lower.

Or nevermind your contribution, just give the money to coworkers who may play a more vital role...

The coli ya'll!

No more than they did with Drummond and Illyosova on the floor, and they had a pretty solid defense then. It's more about team d and making proper rotations and reads than just one individuals defense. And Leuer is a lot more mobil and athletic than Illy and Tolliver, while being bigger than Harris and Moris, so he can be used to matchup with some of the bigger pfs that give them problems.

He's really not a bad player...put in work once the injuries started piling up for the Suns. Of course his averages are low cause he was stuck on the back of the bench while they were fully healthy. But he could easily give you 15 ppg in a 6th man type role. shyt Ill take this deal over Mozgov's or Anderson's any day :yeshrug:

Young Leuer was the main reason I won 5 stacks in a DraftKings tournament earlier this year. Get yours :salute:

Lebron gotta be looking at these contracts like...

"I want 60 million per year....40% of the Cavaliers....25% of the Browns....every Applebees in Ohio, and 6 handjobs a year from Dan Gilbert's wife"

It's more about pick and roll defense. I didn't see any Suns games besides when they have played the pistons. I don't remember old boy being very good against the pick and roll.

Ish Smith, Leuer and Ellenson are major upgrades from Steve Blake and Tolliver. Detroit is in a different space than most teams due to their oldest starter being 26 and the core potential being so high :ohlawd:

Pistons needed to sure up the bench and thats what they did. Combine that with another year of Stanley Johnson and this team is poised for a 50 win season.

Pick and roll d is improved greatly by really good defensive rotations. The d suffered when Tobias came over, not so much cause Illy is a better defender (neither are any good as individual defenders), but because he was more familiar where he was supposed to be defensively. From an individual standpoint if he's asked to hedge the guard, or switch, which I'm pretty sure is the ultimate goal of Stan's d, I'm not sure how he is there. But I imagine he can't be any worse than Tolliver or Illy in that aspect either.

Dude has pick and roll written all over him. Combine him with Ish and they make a damn good tandem off the bench.

Defensively he is better than Ryan Anderson. But as you know defense wasn't the benches problem last year, It was their ability to score. That especially showed in the Cleveland series. The only time his defense will be a major problems is when he goes against a player like Love. But who doesn't have problems with love? And how often will that be?

That's actually one of the reasons they got him. So they can throw somebody with more length and size at guys like Love. He was killing Morris and Harris in the post, and Drummond kept losing him on the perimeter. He and Ellenson are like the backup plan since the DMo trade fell through.

Edit: And that shot chart screams middle pnr/pop all day. Can't wait to see this team in action with the improved bench.
