"On fans complaining about the product: “Well, one thing that frustrates me and always has about wrestling fans who love the business, is they don’t quite understand how difficult a business this is. What I mean by that is we all have our favorite shows and if NCIS, which is one of my favorite shows, if that was 52 weeks a year, you better believe there’d be a few episodes that weren’t as good as the others. The way Vince has chosen to do his business is to not have an off-season. That’s what he chose to do. So, I always encourage fans to, instead of complaining about, ‘Oh, this show wasn’t good or this show wasn’t good,’ just enjoy it for what it is.”

On RAW being three hours: “You get to have three hours. And by the way, I think that’s a mistake. I think two hours is plenty. Even in the early 2000s, when there were at least 15 main-event legit stars, it was still only a two-hour show. I understand contracts and TV money — I get all that — but I wish they would [go] back to two hours. That would really help.”

On Shane vs Undertaker at WrestleMania: “However, Shane McMahon has always been a dynamic performer. The Undertaker is now at a point where he put his body through almost everything he possibly could and he’s able to get up about once a year, twice a year and still have a magical Undertaker performance. That’s what I expect from WrestleMania. That’s what WrestleMania is all about. It’s about surprising the fans with something big and Hell in a Cell is not something you just throw out there. Hell in a Cell is something that rarely could you find two guys who are willing to do it, but can do it to the extent where the fans leave saying, ‘Holy crap! What did I just watch?’ Shane McMahon has always been willing to put his body on the line and [his] reputation on the line. He’s been gone for such a long time for whatever the reasons are and for him to come back, it shocked a lot of people, and that’s what Raw and the business is about. It’s hard to do that week in and week out. If you can, it becomes magic.

3 hours or not, they made sure they had storylines formatted for Cena, Reigns, Blandy, and Lesnar no matter what. But that was it. Everyone else was given fodder..the waste off Cesaro, the way they used to have Ambrose lose in 2014, being ANGRY that Bryan was more loved than Reigns and everyone else....the complaints are justified and should be worse really.

I agree with him. nikkas bytch and moan about everything just for the sake of complaining.

It's just become part of the culture of being a wrestling fan. Complaining is part of the game now it replaced Kayfabe.

We all wanna see compelling television. But complaining about fake belts and pushes is retarded to me. Who gives a fukk how much money the company makes. If Cesaro wrestles first or last it ain't clearing my debt up none. Long as the match is good... Long as it's entertaining I'm cool. nikkas complain like they getting paid. Talking about Ratings and Buyrates... Muthafukkas care too much.

That's like watching Game of Thrones and saying yo Brann needs a push. Why Khaleesi got an army, she must have been hand picked by George R Martin to get the Iron Throne let's boo her.

Nah it's a show they all play a part in making the entire show complete. We all gonna criticize anything we Liston to or watch that's human nature. But some times I think nikkas just want to be miserable.

The 52 weeks a year thing doesn't exempt them from criticism. Wrestling fans are very vocal yes but no different than any other form of entertainment

I'm enjoying Better Call Saul for instance lets say there's 16 episodes a season. .. Now if they got lazy and complacent with the storylines after episode 4 and phoned it in until episode 12 or 13 like the WWE does damn near every year you best believe there's gonna be some complaints and tuning into something else going on.

The injury bug kicked their ass this year so I can give them that but they were spamming the same matchups between mania seasons for years just because they could.

So we should just learn to eat shyt & like it? :dame:
:ehh:pretty much. A good portion of WWE television isn't made for us old school fans and that isn't gonna change anytime soon. You just have to take enjoyment out of what you do like and grin and bear the rest.

Facts. I been stopped watching Raw expecting a great wrestling show. Mufukka has told us enough times for 30 years this aint pro wrestling but sports entertainment.

If i want that there's more than enough with ROH/NJPW, etc.

I think it's fun to critique Raw and point out their foolishness especially on here.

Nowhere as bad as TNA :scust:

That is a pile of unmitigated bullshyt.
If CBS decided to air NCIS 52 weeks a year and 48 of those weeks featured horrible episodes then NCIS would deserve to be ripped to shreds for being a shytty TV show.
Just because it is hard making 52 weeks of programming doesn't give Vince a pass to produce crap that fans are supposed to just not only accept but somehow feel grateful for. Coach can suck a dikk.
